NeuroAesthetic Resonance

NeuroAesthetic Resonance is an EEG-based cybernetic aesthetic experience that explores the neural correlates of beauty and resonance. Participants wear EEG headsets while interacting with visual and auditory stimuli; their brainwave patterns are analyzed in real-time to create a feedback loop between neural activity and aesthetic experience. The project investigates whether we can design experiences that reliably induce states of aesthetic resonance, and what these states look like in the brain.
