Cell Atlas

Most students meet the cell as a flat diagram. Cell Atlas is a growing set of 3D models that run in any web browser: students rotate a cell, zoom into its organelles, click on structures to learn what they do, and watch processes animate in real time. Each cell is built procedurally in Three.js, and the code is open source.
